Our quality control program consists of both regularly scheduled visits as well as unscheduled visits to each site.

Our Site Supervision staff

Saikan onsite Supervisors have understanding of the contract requirements so they can execute the work in a timely manner. They are evaluated and trained on how to read a contract and translate the requirements into tasks that a worker can handle in a specified period of time. This relates to timing keeping, proper use of products & equipment, staffing and supplies.
