Our Operation Team

In addition to daily fulfilment inspections conducted by a supervisor, each facility is closely monitored and inspected by an operation team member on a periodic basis. Our quality control program consists of both regularly scheduled visits as well as unscheduled visits to each site.

Our Site Supervision staff

Saikan onsite Supervisors have understanding of the contract requirements so they can execute the work in a timely manner.  They are evaluated and trained on how to read a contract and translate the requirements into tasks that a worker can handle in a specified period of time.  This relates to timing keeping, proper use of products & equipment, staffing and supplies.

Trained Staff

Our staff is the most important factor in providing quality service for our clients. Our human resources team trains prospective employees on an ongoing basis for general cleaning requirements. In addition, each employee receives a comprehensive background investigation as a part of our employment procedures.
