Spring Cleaning

This is a spa treatment for your home or office; every part of your space is touched.

In the kitchen, we begin by removing everything from its place; crockery from cabinets, items from the pantry so that every area and surface is cleaned and sanitized before everything is neatly arranged back.

The kitchen appliances are also thoroughly cleaned. When we move to the living room we shampoo your carpets and seats, steam-clean or hand-wash the upholstery, and carefully dusting and arrange your precious mementoes.

Your bedrooms also get the spa treatment! We make your beds and empty your closets to clean and neatly rearrange your clothes and shoes. We even color code!

We de-stain your bathroom, polish and buff your wooden floors and thoroughly scrub all your tiled surfaces. We leave your home looking pampered and smelling delightful.

Our Operation Team

We recognize that quality control is an ongoing process. In addition to daily fulfilment inspections conducted by a supervisor, each facility is closely monitored and inspected by an operation team member on a periodic basis. Our quality control program consists of both regularly scheduled visits as well as unscheduled visits to each site.

Our Site Supervision staff

Saikan onsite Supervisors have understanding of the contract requirements so they can execute the work in a timely manner.  They are evaluated and trained on how to read a contract and translate the requirements into tasks that a worker can handle in a specified period of time.  This relates to timing keeping, proper use of products & equipment, staffing and supplies.

Trained Staff

Our staff is the most important factor in providing quality service for our clients. Our human resources team trains prospective employees on an ongoing basis for general cleaning requirements. In addition, each employee receives a comprehensive background investigation as a part of our employment procedures.
